Unity RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying two male suspects who broke into a car, stole a debit card and charged over $5,000 to it.
According to police, the offence happened on Feb. 1. RCMP received a complaint of a side window of a parked vehicle broken outside a residence in Unity.
RCMP said a purse was stolen from the vehicle, which included the victim’s debit card. The investigation revealed the stolen card was used later that day at several North Battleford businesses. The purchases totalled over $5,000.
