Guns N’ Roses became the first rock group to hit one-billion views for one of their music videos. Most people would have probably guessed the band’s “Sweet Child O’ Mine” or ‘Welcome To The Jungle” videos would have taken the honour. However, it was their 1991 video for “November Rain” that officially surpassed one billion views on YouTube and averaged about 560,000 views daily in 2017.
“Sweet Child O’ Mine” has racked up 694 million views on YouTube, cementing them as one of the biggest acts of the 80’s.
The band’s reunion tour is currently the fourth highest-grossing tour ever .
